History affects all parts of the world, from world leaders to normal citizens. History's impact can change people's worldview. Events that may seem small now might affect how the future sees us.

History's randomness can entertain the people who are willing to learn. For example, in 1942 the 22nd Artillery Supply Company had a bear as a soldier. The bear's name was Wojek.

History's wisdom can stop us from making mistakes that were made in the past, but sadly, people don't seem to learn. History affects commercialization the most from call backs to the originals or from chasing trends that have already passed. Companies tend to rehash things we have already seen instead of putting in effort to make new history.

The most important thing history can help us remember is those who have passed on. People always leave a record of their existence. It may be written down or just live in the memories of the people who knew them. People are not truly forgotten.
