The Duality of Quality

When people say that quality is the most important thing, when it comes to business, they are only partially right. Sometimes situations like what happened to McDonalds appear. McDonalds had such a strict code of quality that a different company had a stranglehold on them. The other company was the only one who had the ability to fix McDonalds' ice-cream machines and McDonald's couldn’t get rid of their machines with out changing their quality.
