The Duality of Quality

When people say that quality is the most important thing when it comes to business, they are only partially right. Sometimes situations like what happened to McDonalds appear. McDonalds had such a strict code of quality that a different company had a strangle hold on them. The other company was the only one who had the ability to fix McDonalds ice-cream machine and McDonalds couldn’t get rid of there machines with out changing there quality.
