The key to a good Craigslist Ad is to be thorough and detailed so people do not ask stupid questions, but people will end up asking stupid questions anyway. This will make it so there are less. If the price is high and you think people won't pay, you can choose not to list the price and save that for when they contact you, so they feel more committed.

If you are selling animals, you have to spay and neuter them so people can't breed their own animals and start their own businesses off of your animals. Make sure that you train them to be kind and friendly with people and other animals, so they adjust more easily to their new homes.

Make sure you are kind and helpful in the selling process, so your customers think highly of you and recommend your services to their friends and family. A bad attitude can even stop a sale if you are really bad so be careful.
